Introductie en opzet

Vraag het team om zich voor te stellen dat de afgelopen periode een film zou zijn. Geef ze enkele voorbeelden voor de verschillende items.

 

Informatie verzamelen

Laat elk teamlid hun opmerkingen op een sticky-note per onderwerp schrijven.

• Wat zou de titel zijn? bijv. "Two Weddings and a Funeral".
• Wat zou het genre zijn? Drama? Humor? Horror?
• Wat zou het thema zijn? Wat zouden de hoofdpersonen ervaren tijdens de film?
• Was er een onverwachte wending? bijv. "Het leek erop dat ze het niet zouden overleven, maar dat deden ze wonderbaarlijk vanwege ..."
• Wat was het einde? Was het een gelukkig einde of een open einde of ...
• Was de film zoals verwacht?
  Was er ergens in de film een ​​specifiek hoogtepunt?
• Wat zou uw IMDB-beoordeling zijn (1 = slecht, 5 = ultieme aanbeveling

 

Delen

Vraag elk teamlid om hun plaknotities op het canvas te zetten en kort uit te leggen wat ze hebben opgeschreven.

 

Verbeteren

Hang nu het "Sprintrix Reloaded" canvas en leg het op tafel of hang het aan de muur. Leg aan het team uit dat zij de regisseurs zijn van het vervolg op de laatste film. Ze moeten suggesties doen (acties voor de volgende sprint) om deze film een ​​absolute blockbuster-film te laten worden.

 

Laat de teamleden maximaal 5 suggesties op aparte sticky-notes voor acties op afzonderlijke plaknotities voor zichzelf. Vraag nu elk teamlid om de suggesties op het canvas te plakken en in het kort uit te leggen wat de suggesties zijn. Groepeer vergelijkbare suggesties gelijk indien mogelijk.

 

Plaats paperclips of kleine wasknijpers op elke suggestie (of groep van suggesties).

Wanneer dit klaar is, geef elk teamlid $ 500,00 van de valse dollarbiljetten. Dit is het budget dat ze elk aan de suggesties kunnen besteden. Teamleden mogen het geld spreiden over verschillende suggesties of alles uitgeven aan een enkele suggestie.

 

Debrief

Neem de top 3 suggesties die de meeste financiering hebben gekregen en creëer daar concrete verbeteracties uit.

 

ENGLISH

Setting the stage

Ask the team to imagine that the past period would be a movie. Give them some examples for the different items.

 

Gather information

Have each team member write their comments on a sticky-note per subject.

• What would the title be? e.g. "Two weddings and a funeral".
• What would the genre be? Drama? Humor? Horror?
• What would the theme be? What would the main characters experience during the movie?
• Was there an unexpected twist? e.g. "It looked like they wouldn't survive, but they miraculously did because of..."
• What was the ending? Was it a happy end or an open end or....
• Was the movie as expected?
• Was there a specific highlight at some point in the movie?
• What would your IMDB rating (1=bad, 5=ultimate recommendation)

 

Share

Ask each team member to put their sticky notes on the canvas and briefly explain what they wrote down.

 

Improve

Now get out the "Sprintrix Reloaded" canvas and lay it down on the table, or put it on the wall. Explain to the team that they are the directors of the sequal to the last movie. They have to come up with suggestions (actions for the next sprint) for this movie to become an absolute block-buster movie.

Have them write max. 5 suggestions for actions on separate sticky notes  for themselves. Now ask each team member to put the suggestions on the canvas and briefly explain what the suggestions are. Group similar suggestions immediately if possible.

Put paperclips or small clothespins on each suggestion(group).

When this is finished, give each team member $ 500,00 of the fake dollar bills. This is the budget they can each spend on the suggestions. Team members are allowed to spread the money over different suggestions or spend it all on a single suggestion.

 

Debrief

Take the top 3 suggestions that got the most funding and create concrete improvement actions out of those.
